Welcome to your seaside retreat! Nestled in a Victorian building dating back to 1895 and once a grand hotel, this light and contemporary beautifully renovated half basement apartment offers an idyllic escape and the perfect getaway for families, friends and couples seeking a blend of comfort and style. Just steps away from the picturesque promenade, superb restaurants and pubs, and the stunning Viking Bay Beach, you'll find yourself immersed in the charm of Broadstairs.

Cheryl and Ian from Let's Host For You will be your main contacts during your stay. We will send your check-in details 48 hours prior to your check-in date and send your check-out details 24 hours before your departure date. We will also contact you shortly after arrival to make sure you have settled in okay, also giving you the opportunity to report any immediate concerns or ask any questions.

For those looking to explore further, both the Turner Gallery and Ramsgate Marina are just a 5-8 minute drive away, offering cultural experiences and picturesque views.

As the sun sets, why not venture out to the local micro pubs and bars for a taste of the vibrant nightlife? And if you’re in the mood for a little adventure, the famed Dreamland theme park and concert venue is just a short drive away, promising fun for the whole family.

A light and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, sleeps 4 apartment on the seafront.

Steps with a handrail lead you down from street level to the half level basement front door. As you enter, you’ll be greeted by a large entrance hallway with ample hanging space for coats, storage for shoes and space for buckets and spades. The hall entrance leads you into the main living space, a stylish lounge adorned with two plush sofas, there is also a dining area in the bay seating up to 6, and an electric log burner that adds warmth and charm. Stay connected with superfast WiFi or unwind with your favourite shows on the smart TV, equipped with catch up TV and streaming channels like Netflix. You will need to log in to your own accounts! There is also a DVD system and a selection of CD's and DVD's. Enjoy quality time with loved ones with an assortment of books and board games available for your entertainment.

The modern kitchen is a culinary delight, featuring high-end Bosch appliances, including a dishwasher and washer/dryer, plus a Tassimo Vivy2 coffee machine for your morning brew. We also provide an iron and ironing board.

Perfect for families or couples, this spacious two-bedroom haven comfortably sleeps 4 guests, featuring a luxurious king bed in one room and a versatile zip-and-link bed that can be arranged as two singles or a super king in the other. Both bedrooms also offer plenty of storage. Travelling with a baby or infant? We've got you covered, we provide a travel cot (bring your own bedding) and strap on baby seat for your convenience. Each bedroom also has wall mounted smart tv's.

Each of the two ensuite bathrooms are designed for comfort and convenience—one with a relaxing bath, and the other with a refreshing shower. We provide toiletries, kitchen essentials, fresh linen & towels and a hairdryer to ensure a hassle-free stay.

Located in the heart of Broadstairs and on the seafront, you’re just a stone’s throw from the one of the best beaches in Broadstairs - Viking Bay. Victoria Gardens with a traditional bandstand is home to regular music entertainment, funfairs & Food Festivals. The charming town centre has an array of delightful shops and first class eateries. You are also a short drive away from Margate and Ramsgate, both offer fun packed days out.

Travelling by road: The M20 and M2 motorways provide easy links from London into Thanet.

Due to the prime seafront location of the apartment parking in the direct vicinity is paid for, however there is unrestricted street parking with-in a 5-10 min walk (0.2-0.5 miles).

Broadstairs train station is short walk 10-15 min walk down the high st and is regularly served by South Eastern High Speed services travelling to/from London St Pancras as well as trains from London Victoria. The train from London St Pancras takes 80-90 minutes and a little longer from Victoria, and it’s just 50 minutes from Ashford International station

The National Express runs a national network of coach services. Coaches run from London Victoria to various stops in Thanet and take approximately 2 hours.

Frequent bus services: The Thanet Loop serves Margate, Cliftonville, Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Westwood Cross.

There are many local reasonalbly priced taxi companies serving Thanet.
