In the living room, you will find a wood-burning stove that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, as well as a comfortable sofa that can also be used as a sleeping space. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine, and delightful underfloor heating for extra comfort. The house boasts two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a sofa bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. Both bedrooms are equipped with separate floor heating.

The summer house is situated on a small, beautiful natural plot close to the child-friendly beach in Vemmingbund. The garden is a biodiversity oasis, emphasizing the preservation and highlighting of various plants. Inside the holiday home, you will find information and stories about the garden's plants and their significance. The garden also features an elegant pavilion and a lovely covered terrace, furnished with garden furniture and a grill, allowing you to fully enjoy outdoor life.

Vemmingbund is known for its child-friendly sandy beach and offers amenities such as a playground and restaurant, making it an ideal vacation destination for families. The area around Flensborg Fjord is rich in both historical and modern attractions. In northern Als lies Universe, an exciting theme park filled with natural phenomena and technology, fascinating both children and adults. For those interested in history, the History Center Dybbøl Banke is a must, where you can delve into the drama and events of the war in 1864. Sønderborg, the largest city in the area, offers a range of activities, including a visit to Sønderborg Castle, a stroll along the beautiful waterfront, and shopping in the charming pedestrian street.
