“This is such a wonderfully old and beautiful pub, with restaurant and great rooms. The few rooms they have are all named so you know which room you will be getting when you book. We had the Gold Room and it was so lovely! A lady behind the bar greeted us and showed us to our room. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. “Does the job really! If you need a quick night's stay before getting the ferry or tunnel then it's ideal, however be aware that some rooms have no windows and the place is a *little* rundown. Main receptionist was really nice and very helpful - I would stay again but only for short stays.”
