Cottage a Brockton

“Was a beautiful property nice beach although the stairs going down to it were dangerous they need to be rebuilt also bbq tanks were empty cost me 40 dollars to get a tank One of my friends stepped on a fastener going down steps it went through his shoe and into his foot overall it was a great stay”

“Great little place, a nice large fenced in yard suitable for kids and dogs. Close to the beach. Lots of storage room in the closets. The host was very responsive to an issue that arose. The inside was clean and well taken care of. The one ensuite bedroom mattress was a bit uncomfortable(cheater ensuite) but the queen bed in the kids room was great. The two twin beds I can't vouch for, but the kids didn't complain. There was a dish sponge to use, but no bath mat supplied for the bath/shower. ...

“The cottage is worth the price. The wide lake view is amazing. We were 4 families who spent 2 nights at this cottage. We enjoyed our stay and have no complaints, except that the bedding were not made when we arrived. Probably they were not changed since the previous guests left. We found some extra bedding in the closets but were not fresh. Except this part all our stay was pleasant.”
