“L’orario del check-in era tassativo alle 4pm …. Abbiamo dovuto attendere più di 15 minuti prima che qualcuno ci facesse il check-in. In stanza abbiamo trovato la cucina sporca con degli attrezzi dimenticati.”

“All’arrivo in hotel abbiamo scoperto che eravamo stati trasferiti ad un’altra struttura (senza ben precisare il motivo, nè anticiparci la cosa via telefono/email/altro): il nuovo resort, pur essendo della medesima classificazione, si trova dall’altro lato della città (lontano da dove volevamo stare), manca di svariati servizi e non è nelle stesse condizioni di manutenzione. Avremmo apprezzato un preavviso con magari una proposta di rimborso o la scelta tra 2 strutture!”

“Beautiful B&B in Uptown Sedona. Cheryl (and her team) is a great host - the room is a great size, with so many nice little touches. Breakfast was really nice every day as were the fresh baked goods. Cheryl had lots of great local recommendations for hikes and food options. Highly recommend!”

“If we could give it more than 5 stars we would. It was such a pretty property and the room was clean with all the amenities. Not only did we have fresh baked bread in our room when we arrived, we were served a 5 star breakfast in our room as well. It was a small quaint inn with small town hospitality.
