During your stay, you will find many games and accessories to the amenities inside the Guest Game Shed. This is located just behind the right side putting greens on the back side of the house. This shed will open with the same door code given at check in. Please help us stay organized for future guests by returning any items you enjoy during your stay to the labeled location where you found them. We also ask that you return the paddleboards to the area outside the shed before checkout.

• Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation.
• Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless pre-approved.
• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
• Parties, events, receptions, and large gatherings are not permitted.

Quiet Hours
To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood:
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Please keep outdoor music, TVs, and conversations at respectful levels at all times.
• Excessive noise may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Smoking & Fire Safety
• No smoking or vaping inside the cabin.
• Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly and never thrown on the ground.
• No fireworks are permitted on the property.
• Outdoor fires must remain in designated fire pit area only.
• Never leave fires unattended.
• Guests must comply with all local burn bans and fire restrictions.

Guest Game Shed
• Turn off light and lock when not in use.
• Return any items you enjoy during your stay to the labeled location where you found them.
• Return paddleboards to the area outside the shed before checkout.

Hot Tub Rules
For everyone’s safety and enjoyment:
• Use the hot tub at your own risk.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• No glass containers in or around the hot tub.
• Replace and secure the cover after each use.
• Do not adjust hot tub settings or drain the tub.

Pond, Dock & Outdoor Amenities
• The pond and dock are use-at-your-own-risk amenities.
• Life jackets are provided and expected to be worn if swimming or using paddleboards.
• Children must be supervised at all times near water.
• No diving from the dock.
• Please return outdoor games and equipment after use to the game shed.
• Do not move indoor furniture outdoors.

Pets
• Approved pets only, up to 2 per stay.
• Pet fee of $150.00 must be paid prior to arrival.
• Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.
• Please clean up after pets.
• Do not let your pet use the bathroom on the putting greens.
• Pets should not be left unattended unless crated.
• Excessive barking is not permitted.

Wildlife & Nature
Our cabin is located in a natural wooded setting:
• Please do not feed wildlife.
• Keep doors closed to prevent insects from entering.
• Bugs, deer, raccoons, snakes, and other wildlife are common in the area.
• Do not damage trees or surrounding nature.

Septic System
Our cabin operates on a septic system:
• Flush toilet paper only.
• Do not flush wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or other items.
• Please avoid pouring grease or food down drains.

Parking
• Park only in designated parking areas.
• No RVs, campers, trailers, or tents without prior approval.
• No ATV riding on the property unless specifically approved.

Check-Out Instructions
Before departure, please:
• Load and start the dishwasher.
• Place trash in designated bins. Trash pick up is scheduled for every M/W/F. Please do not move the trash bins from the end of the driveway.
• Lock all doors and windows.
• Turn off lights and fireplaces.
• Report any damages or maintenance concerns promptly.

Damages & Additional Cleaning
• Guests are responsible for damages caused during their stay.
• Excessive cleaning, stains, smoking violations, or rule violations may result in additional charges.
• Please use provided makeup towels for makeup removal.
