Brand new modern luxury cabin with stylish open floor plan is nestled on a large 1.5-acre wooded lot in the picturesque Ouachita Mountains, on top of one of the highest points in Timber Creek Trails South.
Luxury linens, very well-appointed kitchen, 2 fireplaces, soaker tub, grill, hot tub, games, fire pit, indoor and outdoor dining on the #dogfriendly wrap around porch!

We are a dog* friendly cabin and welcome your furry pals as well. Up to 2 dogs allowed: $30 per dog, per night.
(*Other allowed pets on a case by case basis.)
Note: fireplaces are functional during Fall and Winter months only.

Overall experience was great! Beautiful home. Layout is perfect for a couple. Porch and outdoor furniture could've been hosed off, it was covered in pollen. All in all it was a great experience!

We had a wonderful visit to First Kiss cabin! The cabin felt more spacious and open in person too! We loved how every detail had been taken into consideration for our stay and enjoyed the amenities and convenience to use them. Our hosts gave us great ideas for food and activity and we used just about all of them. The cabin has such delightful vibe, romantic, rustic and artsy, makes it so easy to relax and connect! Highly recommend!!!

Overall we had a good stay. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen and bathtub were great. A few things to mention, the hot tub was unused the first night because it never got warm. We googled what the issue might be the next day and it was just in sleep mode, that wasn’t mentioned and we would’ve been able to use it Friday had we known. Also, it’s very close to neighbors and they were both so loud. Not the fault of the cabin, but the outdoor furniture wasn’t cleaned from pollen so we could not use the outdoor area at all.

Impeccable place! Everything we needed plus more. A wonderful escape from the stresses of life this weekend. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed & the hot tub was perfect. We couldn’t have ask for a greater weekend!

My lady and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at First Kiss out here in Broken Bow. The hosts were incredibly generous and welcoming from start to finish. The cabin was clean, beautiful, and had such an amazing vibe — the perfect atmosphere for a peaceful getaway.We truly appreciate you allowing us to create special memories here. This place is beautiful and the owners are even better. Everything was perfect for our anniversary stay. Hot tub in the snow was amazing, starting a fire while the snow and freezing rain was coming down was a once in a lifetime experience. Bath tub in the master bedroom with complementary bath bombs! We used them all up and it was so great. We got stuck from the ice storm and the owners were so accommodating and understanding and only worried about me and my fiancée being safe on our travels back home. We will definitely be back to this cabin when the weather is more appropriate and hopefully can take the owners out to a thank you dinner for being so amazing! Kitchen is so stocked the photos don’t even do it a justice. We were unable to use the grill but that was personal choice due to the weather. The grill was amazing looking and spotless so I’m sure it works even better than it looks! Again thank you John and Marian, you guys treated us like family and we are so grateful and blessed to have stayed in your wonderful cabin. We will be posting our engagement photos on socials and tagging you guys in them!

Awesome and Amazing Cabin. We absolutely loved it and will be staying again. Everything worked as advertised and the hosts communicated every very well from check in to check out. Super simple process for us to enjoy the time spent there. Loved having dinner on the back balcony next to the fireplace. Who needs candle light when you can have fireplace light. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!!!!!! I’m already ready to go back. I swear I saw Sasquatch! Lol.

It was our first cabin stay and couldn’t have been any better! Enjoyed our stay very much and relaxed like never. Definitely needed a comforting stay. First kiss is up to its expectations and a great place for couples, from enjoying the hot tub together and being able to shower in the dual head shower. A recommendable place and looking forward to booking again.

Over the top wonderful cabin. Our favorite place to be was the back porch. There was not one detail of comfort or cleanliness that was missing. Communication was immediate and friendly. We left feeling our cabin was the best in Houchatown!

Perfect Celebration

Our best trip to Broken Bow so far. This cabin was so cozy & accommodating. And also in the perfect location. Not too secluded but also not too close to main roads or noisy areas. Nice fenced in deck on both sides for any one who may have wandering fur babies.
