Sleeping Layout:
Hillside Pines comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests across 4 dedicated bedrooms and additional sleeping space in the loft:
• Bedroom 1 (second level): King bed with ensuite bathroom
• Bedroom 2 (third level): 2 Queen beds
• Bedroom 3 (first level): Queen bed
• Bedroom 4 (first level): 2 Twin bunk beds (4 beds total)
• Loft Sleeping Area (third level): Queen bed

Guest Access:
Guests will access the home via smart lock; codes will be sent the morning of check in.

The Neighborhood:
Hillside Pines is located in the forests of Hochatown, a short 8-minute drive from Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend State Park. Other nearby attractions include Beavers Bend Safari Park (3.6 miles), Spillway Overlook (6 miles) and The Maze of Hochatown (2.3 miles). Just 11.5 miles south you’ll reach downtown Broken Bow, where you can find the local Wal-Mart, a grocery store, and a variety of restaurants.

Getting Around:
Rental cars are strongly encouraged; ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are available though wait times may be quite long.

Other Things to Note:
1)We Are Dog Friendly (Dogs Only)
You're welcome to bring up to 5 dogs total. The pet fee is $185 for the stay, plus any applicable taxes. This fee helps ensure the home is thoroughly cleaned and free of allergens for future guests.
Please remember that dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. If excessive pet hair is found that cannot be removed with standard cleaning, additional charges may apply. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any pets other than dogs.

2) Cameras:
Outdoor cameras are used for security purposes and are checked only in case of emergency. Cameras are not used to monitor guest behavior, nor do they face inside the home. Locations: above the front door and both back porches.

3) Coffee:
All Boutiq homes provide a drip coffee maker along with premium ground coffee. This home does NOT have a Keurig.
