Overall, the cabin was cute and the location was great. Unfortunately, our experience was negatively impacted by several issues.Communication with the property owner was very poor. Additionally, the cabin did not appear to have been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. We found trash under the bed, a makeup brush on the living room floor in front of the couch, and melted wax around the bathtub that had not been cleaned up. We also saw and killed a roach in the kitchen.The listing photos appear to be out of date. The pictures show a regular drip coffee maker, but the cabin now has a Keurig. The bar stools are in very poor condition, extremely rickety, and felt unsafe to sit on. Lastly, the fireplace remote control did not work, so the fireplace was not usable.While the cabin has potential and the location is nice, these issues made our stay less enjoyable.
