Nestled in the heart of Hochatown within the exclusive Woodland Hills development, Champagne Pines is the ultimate family getaway! This custom-designed cabin is surrounded by 360 degrees of towering pines and hardwoods, offering the perfect balance of seclusion and beauty. From the moment you step inside, you’ll be wowed by the stunning high ceilings and open-concept layout—where modern luxury meets nature’s charm.

Master Suites:
The two luxurious King suites are located on the first floor, each with its own en suite bathroom. These rooms are thoughtfully placed on opposite sides of the cabin for ultimate privacy.

Upstairs Bunkroom:
For the kiddos or extra guests, head upstairs to the bunkroom where you’ll find two sets of twin bunks, plus a cozy loft with a trundle bed and a twin pull-out for even more sleeping space! It’s the perfect spot for family game nights, complete with a flat-screen TV and game console!

Outdoor Paradise:
Step outside to a massive deck featuring multiple seating areas, a grilling space, and even outdoor games for some fun in the sun! The hot tub awaits on your left, inviting you to relax under the stars. What’s a cabin without a firepit? We’ve got you covered with a full outdoor space perfect for roasting marshmallows, making s’mores, and sharing cozy moments around the fire during cooler nights!

Give Open information on location of the property.The road is difficult for normal cars and distance is long for amities . The property is very vice and beautiful setting but very remote.There was a misleading location stated on the VRBO SITE.

All was great but for older folks like our group. Grab bars in all showers/tubs for safety. And hooks in all bathrooms for robes and towels. Fan in left master and upstairs loft operated in tandum. Remote in either room operated fan in both rooms.

My wife and I have stayed at a variety of BNBs in Broken Bow, and this one has been the best. The property was remote and very clean. We liked that there weren't wasps everywhere.

Nice house

Our family of four stayed for a long weekend. Strengths: The house was beautiful, and well captured by the pictures. The beds were comfy and the kids loved the upstairs area. The grill, stove, and oven worked well. The house has large windows that give a great impression of the surrounding woods, especially in the late afternoon as the sun shines through the front side of the house. In the early morning and at night we saw several different wildlife, which was fun. The property manager was also quick in communicating. Drawbacks: The 5.5 miles of dirt roads to reach the house were quite bumpy 13-min drives in our SUV. There was also a bad smell from the septic system for maybe 10 min every afternoon that cleared us out of the hot tub. The property manager signaled that all cabins have that though.

Cabin beautiful, long dirt road-not so much!!!!!

The cabin was beautiful! Very clean. Well stocked. I think it should be known for potential renters that this cabin will require a 20-25 min stretch on very dusty or muddy rough dirt roads with several very steep hills. The directions even state that SUV is recommended. This should probably be in the description ! You are not in the “heart of Hochatown” until you get off the very long and windy dirt road. This is especially treacherous if towing a boat!

Family Trip

The cabin was nice and clean. However be prepared for long gravel/mud roads, about 4 miles, up and down extremely steep hills. Also, the cabin sleeps 10, but one room is 4 bunk beds, the other space is a small loft. Probably good for two families with small kids.
