Papa Casa- 7bd with Pool and 2 Hot tubs

Nestled in Hochatown's Sunrise Ridge, Papa Casa is a sprawling 5600 sq ft luxury cabin designed for large groups. It comfortably accommodates up to 28 guests with 7 bedrooms and 8.5 baths. The outdoor area is an entertainer's dream, featuring a fenced in-ground pool and a complete outdoor kitchen. Guests can unwind in the 2 hot tubs.
Inside, the cabin boasts a grand open-concept living space with a gourmet kitchen equipped with Kitchen-Aid appliances and a large island. For entertainment, Papa Casa offers a dedicated theater room and a game room with both shuffleboard and pool tables. Practical amenities include a coffee bar with a full-size refrigerator and a Tesla charger, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of Hochatown

Family reunion 2025

Overall the property was spacious and beautiful! Plenty of space for all our group. The pool was not clear when we arrived and only got worse. The doors were all squeaky. There was a broken pull out couch and some issues in one of the bathrooms. There is a sewage sprinkler system that stinks at times. The bunk room and game room is awesome. The location is good/ very pretty area. There are really only 6 king rooms instead of 7 as advertised. Some fixes and the stay would have been 5 stars.

Family gathering

Great property, perfect pool for adults relaxing and children to play in. Plenty of area to sit and relax inside and out! Game area was great for teenagers and young adults. Kitchen was well equipped and how thoughtful to have towels for the pool area.

First time in Broken Bow

The property lived up to expectations… in fact exceeded expectations. The bedroom count was perfect. Hot tubs were nicely configured. House was plenty spacious. Pool was perfect. Kitchen was nicely provided. Can’t think of anything that we were disappointed with. Plan to stay again.

Room for all

Our family of 23 absolutely enjoyed our recent stay at Papa Casa. The online listing is accurate in its description of the living and entertaining space. While not advertised as handicap friendly, it certainly has many qualities that helped make our stay easier. There are no steps into or out of the home…with the exception of the sliding door thresholds, all doorways are flush. The 4 king rooms down stairs were spacious enough for us to help for restroom needs and the easy entry showers accommodated our family member. The giant outdoor living space was the hub for entertainment. The fence around the pool provided the necessary safety, but also allowed those who needed to remain in the shade the opportunity to still watch the kids play with ease. Our family stayed four nights and five days. We brought supplies to prepare two meals each day. The full sized refrigerator in the bar area was fantastic. It held the surplus of vegetables and fruit in addition to the chilled beverages. The refrigerator/freezer combo in the main kitchen area is a standard size family unit. The freezer space was very limited (as it was just the bottom drawer type). The fridge held more than we expected, but if you plan on cooking multiple meals a day for a lot of people, plan accordingly.

Papa Casa—A Great Get-Away

We loved Papa Casa! It’s an amazing home with great spaces to hang out—game room, movie room, pool, playground, campfire and outdoor patios with 2 hot tubs! There was plenty of seating for our group of 17. We had several issues that needed attention at the cabin. The TV’s are not easy to work, the fireplaces weren’t working and our gas stove needed to be lit by hand on each burner. We did receive help with these issues quickly. We were told the stove top will be replaced. That was the only issue that wasn’t resolved. We ordered s’mores and firewood through the concierge. The wood was a good call, but the s’mores were not. $49 for a little box of graham crackers and small chocolates and marshmallows. I thought we’d get much more for the price. In hindsight, get them at a nearby store. Other than that, our group had a fantastic trip!

Enjoyed the stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The home was beautiful, clean and spacious. EV chargers enabled many of us to drive our EVs to trip which was awesome.
