Redbud Rest at Whip Poor Will Cabins is a cozy one-room cabin in Broken Bow, Oklahoma, conveniently located near Hochatown, Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake, and the scenic Mountain Fork River. This budget-friendly Beavers Bend cabin rental is ideal for couples and small families looking for comfort, value, and easy access to the area’s top outdoor attractions.

The open-concept layout features a comfortable queen bed and bunk beds, accommodating up to 4 guests. After a day of hiking, boating, or fishing, return to your peaceful cabin and unwind in the quiet resort setting.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, cookware, utensils, dishes, and dish soap—everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The cabin also features a full bathroom with linens and bedding provided, plus heating and air conditioning, cable TV, and Wi-Fi for year-round comfort.

Outside, enjoy the charcoal grill and picnic table, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, or the Mountain Fork River.

Guests at Whip Poor Will Cabins enjoy access to resort amenities across 15 wooded acres, including stocked fishing ponds, a playground, basketball court, and sand volleyball court—making this a great choice for families visiting the Broken Bow and Hochatown area.

Maximum occupancy is 4 guests, including children and infants.

Pet Friendly: Up to 2 pets under 25 pounds each are allowed with a $50.00 non-refundable pet fee per dog, charged at booking or check-in. Larger dogs must be approved by the office and may be subject to an additional pet fee.

Bad Conditions

Bathroom toilet leaks, tub mold, tub water drips, broken blinds, dirty dishes, no iron, outlets didn’t work, spider webs in ceiling fan, 7 in tv on top of refrigerator, and very noisy from outside traffic.Post says 1.4 miles from Chocktaw Casino 7 min walk. This place was 12 miles away. No one was ever at the store for me to get my free fudge! This was by far the worst experience!

good enough for us!

We had a nice little stay. We enjoyed the proximity to all, the fire pit with fire wood, the area was quiet. Cabin wasn't incredibly clean. Dog hair, kitchen needed scrubbing. TV didn't work, but we didn't need it to anyways, just would have been nice for a moment. Pretty run down overall, but we don't want for much, especially at that price point in that area. We would return.

Very relaxing

Loved the location. Had a leak with the kitchen sink was fixed quickly was very nice while he fixed it Bed was a little rough but we loved. It was great for a short getaway, pet friendly major plus will stay here again

Perfect simple get away

Like everyone else says, the road behind the cabin was alittle annoying. But for the price of the cabin and the privacy fence separating us. It was awesome. Everyone we met were friendly. This simple cabin #3 will be on our list places to continue to go to.

Run down cabin

Backs up to highway very noisy Stove is rusty Drawers falling in and bear broken in kitchen Gum stuck to bottom of bunk beds For the price we could have stayed in a motel 6 for a week and get like a better value. We paid for 2 days and left after 1 night.

The property was great but the pots need to be replaced and the blinds in the kitchen and living area were broken, parts were missing. We didn't have working T.V. our entire vacation ßo this was a major inconvenience.
