Hideaway ~ riverfront with pool, game room, hot tub and kayaks that sleeps 10

Welcome to the River Top Hideaway Cabin on Mountain Fork River!
Sitting at the end of the road, Hideaway is a great option for families being surrounded by forest on two sides and the river to the front!
The outdoor dining area and game room offers a private and cozy spot for families to catch up, make smores, cook a great meal, or just relax and listen to the sounds of the river while soaking in the huge hot tub. Hideaway is also the only cabin on Mountain Fork River with a pool!

LIVING AREA
The cabin has an open concept floor plan with the living area open to the dining table and kitchen. The living area has a couch, love seat, and recliner to enjoy the 75-inch smart TV with cable and a seasonal gas fireplace (only connected during cooler months; not summer). It has a lot of windows to allow views of the river and opens onto the full-length front porch.

KITCHEN
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare any meal. It's fully stocked with full-size stainless-steel appliances as well as small appliances like the coffee pot, toaster, blender, and mixer. It has all the dishes, cookware, and cooking utensils you should need.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
There are two master ensuites, both with new king beds. They each have their own TVs, dressers, closets and ceiling fans. Both have full baths. One has a walk-in shower and the other has a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. Both have separate toilet closets.
The third bedroom has two sets of bunkbeds, a TV, and board games. The couch in the living room is a sleeper sofa if you need additional sleep space.
You'll find fans and extra linens in the closets.

GAME ROOM
The game room will provide endless hours of fun for the whole group with three arcade games, a pool table, and a ping pong table.
There is also an extra full-size fridge and a smart TV so you can log into your own streaming services.

LAUNDRY
Hideaway has a new Speed Queen washer and dryer located in a separate laundry room.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS
Our area has tons of fun things to do! We are about 15 minutes from Broken Bow and about 25 minutes from Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend.
You can enjoy kayaking, swimming, fishing, boating, go karts, the casino, tons of restaurants and cafes, great shopping, and hiking. Check out the welcome binder for suggestions when you get to the cabin.

PETS
Hideaway is pet friendly with an additional $100 pet fee that covers up to two dogs. Please add your pets to your reservation. Exceptions for more than 2 dogs need to be made before booking.

RIVER ACCESS
Mountain Fork is a super clean and cold natural river. It is safe for swimming as well as fishing and kayaking. Please note that we cannot guarantee the level of the river will be safe for swimming or kayaking, especially during our rainy springs. And since it is cold, kayaking is not recommended until late spring or early summer when our temperatures begin to warm up.

RULES
Please read the rental agreement carefully. It basically states you won’t sue us and the pet fee will be deducted from your security deposit if you don’t pay it. The security deposit is a hold placed on the credit card on file, not an actual charge. It will be released after your check out when no damage is caused to the property. The security deposit for Hideaway is $400.
