Wisteria Way at Whip Poor Will Cabins is a cozy one-room cabin in Broken Bow, Oklahoma, conveniently located near Hochatown, Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake, and the scenic Mountain Fork River. This budget-friendly Beavers Bend cabin rental is perfect for couples and small families seeking comfort, value, and easy access to the area’s top outdoor attractions.

The open-concept layout features a comfortable queen bed and a futon, accommodating up to 4 guests. After a day of hiking, boating, or fishing, return to your peaceful cabin and unwind in the quiet resort setting.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, cookware, utensils, dishes, and dish soap—everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The cabin also features a full bathroom with linens and bedding provided, plus heating and air conditioning, cable TV, and Wi-Fi for year-round comfort.

Outside, enjoy the charcoal grill and picnic table, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, or the Mountain Fork River.

Guests at Whip Poor Will Cabins enjoy access to resort amenities across 15 wooded acres, including stocked fishing ponds, a playground, basketball court, and sand volleyball court—making this a great choice for families visiting the Broken Bow and Hochatown area.

Maximum occupancy is 4 guests, including children and infants.

Pet Friendly: Up to 2 pets under 25 pounds each are allowed with a $50.00 non-refundable pet fee per dog, charged at booking or check-in. Larger dogs must be approved by the office and may be subject to an additional pet fee.

Very unsatified

I was unable to stay because at arrival the air conditioner only blew hot air. I had to sit down so I sat on the edge of the bed. My girlfriend was sitting on the otherside of the bed and she was flung into the air. The bed was not in good condition. Can not reco.mend

Older cabin shows it's age but overall stay was good value

We booked this at the last minute for a short family getaway. It is a low price point and all expectations should be gauged from there I guess. Pros - Price, location is good (not as indicated on VRBO though) fishing pond and playground were fun for off times. Having a fire pit and firewood and grill are nice. The hosts responded to every email quickly and we got in and out easily. Cons - It is old and shows its age. This cabin could use a thorough update and remodel. Listing said it could sleep 6 but it is really just a well-worn queen size and a futon so judge accordingly. The biggest thing was this cabin is located beside the highway and truck noise was quite loud at times and disrupted sleep the first night. After that your ears adjust. That said, we did have a good stay and you can have a good time at this little spot on the north side of Hochatown (The VRBO map showed downtown Broken Bow but this is not correct).
