When I got to my room the fridge knob was missing and not cold. Maintenance came up within 30 minutes and fixed it and was so nice about it. “The family LOVED the pool! Very family oriented and just what we were looking for. The food at Lochness pool was exceptional. The best quesadilla and macaroni and cheese we’ve ever eating.
