“The location of this single wide mobile home was incredible; on the banks of the Winchuck River and a ten minute walk to the beach! We watched waterfowl, heard owls and saw a fox. However, the mobile home itself was worn out, and there was an overpowering smell of air freshener that no amount of fresh air could dissipate. We messaged the owner twice about animal noises coming from underneath the trailer. ”

“The host was very nice. There were a few things that need to be addressed for the upcoming season. The shower door, in the bedroom bathroom, is missing a panel and the shower head needs some help also. The hot tub lid is waterlogged and too heavy to lift to use the tub. Everything else is very minor and we had a great time. Price was very reasonable. ”
