This expansive 2,700 sq. ft. beach house, within walking distance to world renown Harris Beach and a 5 min drive to our other favorites, Mill Beach. It is the perfect destination for large families, multi-generational trips, or groups of friends looking to escape to the coast.
With peeks of the ocean from most rooms, a spacious layout, game room/arcade and a well-stocked kitchen, your next vacation will be nothing short of unforgettable. Downstairs you will find plenty of space to lounge, on the plush couch or on the deck seeing the peeks of ocean. There is one bedroom downstairs with two twin beds. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms each with a king bed. For the kids, there is a large bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks with a tv set up with a Nintendo switch. This home truly has something for everyone!!!
This home is a dog friendly home. All other animals are excluded. Host must be notified of dog(s) at time of booking at which time, an $85 non-refundable pet fee per dog will be assessed. We allow for up to 2 dogs under 50lbs.
The dog(s) are never to be permitted on beds or furniture and may never be left alone in the home.
Due to homeowners' insurance exclusions, pit bull and rottweiler breeds and any dogs over 50lbs are excluded.
Guest must clean up all pet waste and deposit it in the trash before departing. If any pet waste is discovered, a fee of at least $75 will be assessed against guest. If pet damage to the property is discovered, guest agrees to pay the costs to repair and/or clean the damage, plus an administrative fee of $75.
