“The air does not turn off. We were awakened at 3 am with the room at 76 degrees. The air was set at 68. All it could blow was warm air. It continued to blow until and eventually it was up to 79 degrees. Thankfully we had to be to the airport at 6 am we didn’t notice it get any hotter. “Very soon after check-in, the faulty fire alarm went off continuously. The front staff was not helpful. Could not call anybody. I called 911 to report it. The fire department told the front desk worker that we could not stay there in that room because of the fire alarm going off. The quality Inn was unable to provide me with another room (but while the fire department and I were in the lobby on July 4th evening, he was quoting everyone who called room prices) so of course I asked for a refund...

“Staff was awesome. Location to the airport is great. Parking is a bit tight, and the noise level on the streets outside kept me awake throughout the night. However, the stay was convenient and affordable.”
