Staff was courteous and room was beyond what was expected. Also appreciate the receipt of flowers and candy and placement in our room prior to our arrival, making it a truly spectacular night for us.

The shower did not work properly. It took way too much to take a shower. I think it was stripped and was offline with the temperature indicator. For our first shower a technician had to come turn it on, he left the shower extremely dirty from standing in it and did not offer housecleaning. He said ...

The Hyatt Regency Hotel was very clean and smelled amazing! Everywhere we went in the hotel all the staffed were very nice to us. We didn't encounter not even one rude person. We will be returning. I highly recommend this hotel!!
