“We were here for 6 nights. The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Pool was relaxing (I enjoy walking a mile in the pool so had to be careful to find times when families were not enjoying, as they should.) The only issue we had was the shower. The handle came off the first morning. Maintenance came quickly and installed a new handle so we could shower. “The man at the desk I believe he was the manager was rude from the beginning, I even asked him if he was upset and his answer was "no."
I'm a single mom trying to take my kids to experience different places, but we all were disappointed with the way we were treated.
I made a reservation for 5 people, and we didnt receive a blanket for one of us, so I went back downstairs to ask him for one, and he said "we don't have any blankets." Is the entire hotel all book? Can you check in another room?...
