“The property was great for what we needed this trip. We needed something close to public transportation, the airport and Oakland Arena.
The hotel itself was nice. It was clean and we always saw workers cleaning. Our room was spacious, had bathroom amenities, fridge and nice, cozy beds. When we opened the door to our room it had the smell of old cigarettes, but opening the window helped. (Hopefully they see this and take care of it)
The pool was small, but perfect! We were the only ones...

“I’m not sure why this place was rated so high. It was not maintained well and the room had a musty odor! It took an hour to get enough cooler and fresher air in!
The bed was ok, but the sheets were not soft! The lighting was atrocious!
I checked in late due to a work event, and the staff put me on the 3rd floor (no elevator)! The young person was speaking to me through a window with a microphone and her voice was so high pitched and she had a heavy accent so she was difficult to to...
