During their stay, guests have access to the entire No.17 The Links Apartment, however, the building entrance halls, gardens and parking area are shared.

No.17 The Links Apartment also features 3 Juliet Balconies within the living area and one of the bedrooms that offer spectacular views over the garden, the Brora Golf Course and to the rear of the building. With a view as picturesque as the one from No.17 The Links, why not enjoy your morning with a cup of coffee and watch as the golfers tee off?

For added convenience, The Links Apartment Building provides allocated parking spots, ensuring hassle-free access for guests. Please note that commercial vehicles and campervans are not permitted within the communal carpark.

This stylish apartment features two spacious double bedrooms, each fitted with zip'n'link beds and en-suite facilities. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and flexibility, both bedrooms offer the option of either two singles or a super-king, making it an ideal choice for families, couples, or groups of friends.

The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is designed to provide a welcoming and spacious environment for guests to relax and enjoy quality time together. A Juliet balcony by the lounge area offers a stunning vantage point to take in the views of the course, to watch golfers in action. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for a home-cooked meal, featuring an oven, electric hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and a dining table that seats four.

When travelling to No.17 The Links, we highly recommend researching your public transport routes or ensuring that you have access to a car.

Unfortunately, Brora does not have access to apps such as Lyft or Uber, and our only modes of public transport are Bus (Stagecoach), Train (Scotrail), and the occasional private hire Taxi company.
