Wilding Hotel
A lovely hotel with friendly staff. The hotel was quiet when we were there but we made very welcome and there were some lovely extras in the room. The towels were very fluffy!! Highly recommend

Shap Wells Hotel
Magnificent building retaining its original decor. Staff were friendly, food good, quiet setting with good access to main roads.

LA STRUTTURA SI TROVA IN UN AREA DI SERVIZIO DI UN AUTOSTRADA, E INOLTRE IL BAGNO ERA MOLTO VECCHIO E BRUTTO . PER FORTUNA AVEVAMO UNA BELLA VISTA LAGO DALLA FINESTRA E IL LETTO ERA COMODO

Orton Hall, Royalist Suite
Loved this atmospheric old house. Everything was spotless with comfy beds and plenty of books and DVDs. Great to be able to walk to the village for food and exploration. Hotel pool (20 mins away) was okay. Note that it's mostly very deep (apart from a paddling pool) so not so suitable if you have ...
