“La camera aveva un odore di muffa. La notte ci siamo accorti che c’erano delle blatte (piccoli scarafaggi) che giravano intorno alla televisione. Abbiamo segnalato la cosa alla reception la mattina e ci è stato detto che ci avrebbero dato un riscontro via e-mail (abbiamo lasciato l’hotel) ma sono passati due giorni e non è successo nulla. ”

“L'hotel è già,di suo, di ottimo livello. Ma se ci aggiungiamo l'aperitivo (stuzzichini e birra a volontà) dal lunedi al giovedì lo rende uno dei migliori hotel dei 13 viaggi in usa. Peccato per la solita posizione vicina alla highway senza infamia e senza lode”

“The elevator was broke and they never informed me until after I registered. Also, I had a handicap room and they put me on the 3rd floor!! I had to do my best to climb stairs with a surgical repaired knee!!”

“Our stay was excellent. House clean and well kept. Host was in contact throughout the stay and even let us return to retrieve items left after check out with no issue. Nice quiet and safe neighborhood. Plenty of space for all guest. Would definitely recommend and stay again if in the area.”

“The lady at the front desk was great. The breakfast was excellent. The cleaning staff was wonderful. The only thing I did not like was my wife and I was watching our four granddaughters for my daughter and her husband to go eat and they said we only get four armbands for the pool and since there was 6 of us they wanted us to pay 25 dollars an armband so that would be 50 dollars just for a few minutes at the pool. After paying 136.00 for one night stay, I think that is a joke. We were fortunate...
