“La camera aveva un odore di muffa. La notte ci siamo accorti che c’erano delle blatte (piccoli scarafaggi) che giravano intorno alla televisione. Abbiamo segnalato la cosa alla reception la mattina e ci è stato detto che ci avrebbero dato un riscontro via e-mail (abbiamo lasciato l’hotel) ma sono passati due giorni e non è successo nulla. ”

“L'hotel è già,di suo, di ottimo livello. Ma se ci aggiungiamo l'aperitivo (stuzzichini e birra a volontà) dal lunedi al giovedì lo rende uno dei migliori hotel dei 13 viaggi in usa. Peccato per la solita posizione vicina alla highway senza infamia e senza lode”

“The lady at the front desk was great. The breakfast was excellent. The cleaning staff was wonderful. The only thing I did not like was my wife and I was watching our four granddaughters for my daughter and her husband to go eat and they said we only get four armbands for the pool and since there was 6 of us they wanted us to pay 25 dollars an armband so that would be 50 dollars just for a few minutes at the pool. After paying 136.00 for one night stay, I think that is a joke. We were fortunate...

“Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. The air conditioner vents were dusty, the shower was dirty, and the ceiling fans had visible dust buildup. Overall, the hotel appears outdated and could really benefit from renovations and better maintenance. I expected a cleaner, more comfortable experience for my stay.”

“This hotel could definitely improve its maintenance and overall upkeep. When we first checked in, our room was on the second floor, and even walking down the hallway felt unsafe because there were several soft spots in the floor that made it feel like you could fall through. Once we got into the room, there was a strong unpleasant odor, so we requested to be moved. The second room didn’t leave a much better impression.
