“We have stayed at this Marriot many times.The Night Staff person, (on the day of arrival ) Mr Mohammed made us feel welcome and was very reassuring with a pleasant demeanor. A wonderful face of customer service , but it truly went beyond CSR . One cannot teach being kind nor courteous. Mr Mohammed embodies rhe Marriott Brand . A feather in the cap . Whatever his renumeration, definitely NOT enough !!!! Outstanding choice of being the face of the hotel”

“Property is nice. How's a Golf course Good for a weekend, getaway or a business trip.”

“While beds were made properly it's clear that the room was poorly cleaned toilet and faucet hardware had clear signs of use from water and soap scum. The tub was unsafe to use in my opinion due to black residue that looked like mold and red stains. Bathroom tiles had clear indications that it was not washed as there were soap scum marks and water marks on the walls. Due these findings we only spent the night and checked out after day 1 of a 3 night stay. Hotel would not respond to Expedias...

“The location was a perfectly fine place to stay for the one night before our cruise. The staff was nice enough to get us into our room well before 3:00 since we arrived via plane several hours before check-in. We were able to use the hotel pool during our short wait for our room. The hotel sent an Uber to pick us up at airport instead of a shuttle, but that was fine by us. We did have a bus shuttle to take us back to the airport. The hotel seems outdated, but overall clean. ”

“I had the king size suit with kitchen, but in my room the microwave or the light or fun was not working at all. I couldn’t heated purchase food for dinner. Front desk didn’t want to change our room. I had no kettle to make cap of tea. And had no hot water to take shower at evening or the next morning. Front desk was kept telling me they can’t do nothing. That there is no manager on site. “The room was dated and lacked cleanliness. The staff was great. Lackiya at the front desk was awesome. ”

“In se tutto perfetto però l’unico problema è stato che la porta per entrare in camera era difettosa e dovevi aprirla con la forza, il cassetto centrale dove c’è la TV rimane sempre aperto non si chiude, meglio dire lo puoi chiudere e 10 secondi dopo te lo ritrovi tutto aperto.
