“The Property was littered with cigarette butts , over 1000 in the back by the pool There were ants in the refrigeration cabinet . The curtains were hanging down. The rugs in the hall were filthy. The Management is a Disgrace ”

“We have stayed here before and like the convenient location. Very clean, lovely staff, good breakfast and well equipped gym. Large, comfortable room and good mattresses/pillows. Will def stay again :)”

“Very slow check in. Takes way too long. She needals training or understanding people dont want to take 15 minutes to check in. There is a line of people waiting. Respect it. Move faster. How many buttons you have to push back therenon that keyboard? Do better. Less chitchat. Read the room. Unacceptablly slow. ”

“There was zero water pressure. Difficult to even shower. Water in sink only came out very hot. I picked this location only because how close it is to the Inter Miami stadium….15 mins walking. ”

“Had a good 2 night stay, room was clean spacious and bed was comfortable although the pillows went flat almost straight away. Shower was good and powerful. Breakfast was good and plentiful. ”

“The staff was excellent. The property location was terrible. It is right off a very busy road, and we heard car backfires and traffic all night. We did not feel safe in this location. The door to the room was not sealed properly, and the room was very noisy. I appreciated the complimentary shuttle to and from the airport, and the staff was phenomenal; however, I would not recommend this property.”

“We were unimpressed. The lobby was beautiful but the room not so much. You could tell the rooms have been updated but still looked old. There was light coming in through the top and sides of the main door and the handle on the bathroom door was falling off. The room was dark, minimal lights and the lights that were in the room weren't very bright, we were constantly looking to see if we had missed a light switch or there was a way to make the lights brighter.
