Please remember to bring or purchase kindling and paper to start the fire.

NOTE: We don't provide coffee capsules.

IMPORTANT
We understand that accidents can happen. To provide you with peace of mind during your stay, we offer two options to protect both you and the property:

Damage Waiver

For a small, one-time fee, our Damage Waiver covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear throughout your stay.

It provides up to $85 in coverage, protecting you from unexpected repair or replacement costs and helping to keep the property in excellent condition for you and future guests.

With the Damage Waiver, you can relax and enjoy your stay without added stress.

Please note: The Damage Waiver is non-refundable. Be sure to report any damages before checkout.

Safety Deposit

Alternatively, you may choose to pay a refundable Safety Deposit of $800 to cover potential damages that may arise during your stay.

If no damage is identified after your stay, the hold on your payment method will be released.

Please note: Processing may take up to 14 days, depending on your credit card provider.

House Rules:

Accepting reservations from guests 25 years and up

No parties or events

No smoking allowed

Pre-check-in Enso form required with contact info and valid ID

Security deposit of $800 to be held 2 days before arrival and released 2 days after departure

Pets: Kindly be advised that pets are welcome, and a fee of $100 per pet applies. For a smoother process, we encourage you to complete the pet fee payment through Enso Connect before your arrival. This will help us ensure a seamless check-in experience. Thank you for your cooperation!

Trash Disposal Policy
To help us maintain a clean and pleasant environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you dispose of your trash in the designated bins and return them after collection. Proper waste management is part of our house rules, and a fee of $250 will apply for improper disposal or failure to follow this policy.
If, for any reason, you are unable to take care of the bins, kindly contact us in advance so we can assist you. Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us keep the chalet beautiful for everyone.
