“When checking in there was a computer, zoom camera, sign-in tablet and a room key activation setup with a remote person (who knows where) on a computer screen greeting you. That person was not easy to understand with a thick accent. It was if I was talking to a robot that I found hard to understand. After checking in and receiving my activated key cards, we went to our room only to find out the keys didn’t open the door. “Breakfast was plentiful, a lot of options to choose from, and inviting. Coffee was passable with the addiction of chocolate milk and a sprinkle of cinnamon. The king size bed is a larger version, but the pillows were of unusual variety - I didn't find one that was good for me. They were large, some particularly heavy, and dense. We had a clean room and bathroom. It was easy to park.”
