“Overall, it was a nice day. It was a bit noisy out the window during the night as there was a bar with loud music playing. The showerhead leaked and the toilet was not clean.”

“Clean place, friendly staff, beautiful view of the Mississippi River. The location is the best. It is right next to the La Crosse Center. It is right downtown by everything. Besides having the bar and food at the hotel, there are a lot of food options within just a few blocks.”

“Checked in, front desk Tiki Bar was open, went for a drink two bartenders, one wouldn’t acknowledge us the other younger girl was friendly, they wanted to close, one drink and out. Given a room that was near a fan that had a high pitched squeal, went back to front desk, was told they would fix it. Another man said it has been doing that for the last four days. New room, less value than the original but we were so tired we accepted it. Remote for tv was so bad to operate we had to call the front...

“The room was mostly clean. We will noticed that the desk and dresser looked as though they had not been wiped down. Box of Kleenex was empty. Could hear a lot of noise above. Bed was very creeky. The shampoo bottle, conditioner and, body wash all hanging in the shower just seemed problematic. Individual bottles or packets would have been much more sanitary. I just don't know that I would recommend a stay at this particular location.”
