Cottage a Brownsville

“My room was very small and old. Pictures online are a bit misleading. The check in counter is also small and old. We had a view of overgrown grass and a U-Haul rental business, complete with people walking around on that grass to move trailers and things on Saturday morning. The area is very industrial. The back of the hotel is pretty nice with a newer patio area. The continental breakfast was good, and the lobby had water and coffee in it. The people we talked to were kind and professional.”

“We enjoyed our night stay. We were able to get in a hour earlier and swim. It was beautiful weather to enjoy the pool outdoor and our balcony. Our room was spacious as we got a suite. It has its wear like the door was hard to open and some minor room flaws but overall nice for our night. And breakfast was good. Would stay again ! ”

“Overall our stay was great!! Quiet hotel, convenient location, pool was too chilly for us, but others were using it, hot tub was great! The room was clean, chair in the room was super hard/uncomfortable, and the bed was way harder than we prefer. There were very thin blankets on the bed, but we were able to adjust the temp accordingly. The breakfast was great and the staff was outstanding! We will definitely be returning!! ”

“This apartment is very clean and has a cozy feel; the host was also very responsive and friendly. I cooked in the kitchen and it had all the utensils I needed, and it even had an electric kettle—most places don’t provide for tea drinkers like me! Be aware, though, that the apartment opens almost directly onto a street that large trucks sometimes drive by on, and that there is a back door into a business hallway which only locks with a handle lock (not a deadbolt). “Very nice property with numerous eating and shopping establishments within walking distance. I found the room very nice, comfortable and clean. Pool was very relaxing as was the sauna. “Beautiful property with a stunning view. It was a great weekend escape and I absolutely love that it was a dog friendly stay. The owner is incredibly responsive. We did have an issue getting stuck / sliding down the driveway due to ice and snow. Luke replied right away and had someone come plow and bring salt.
