Auggie's Home sul Mississippi

Questa casa costruita nel 2017 si affaccia sul bellissimo fiume Mississippi. Si trova a 15 minuti da La Crosse WI. Si trova a un miglio di distanza dal varo e a circa 3 miglia dal varo pubblico del Wild Cat Campground. Questa zona ospita cervi di whitetail, tacchini selvatici, spigole, luccio, walleye e vari pesci pan. La nostra casa si trova proprio sul Mississippi River Trail per ciclisti. (È disponibile solo in estate.) C'è spazio per parcheggiare la barca e allacciamento elettrico esterno per caricarla. Camera per 6 o più letti se si desidera portare un materasso ad aria / dormire sui divani. Se disponibile, affittare anche un appartamento e ci sono altri due letti queen size disponibili nella stessa abitazione.

La nostra casa si trova lungo la zona 8 del Mississippi Pool. Ci sono molti tornei di pesca locali e importanti della lega (Bass Master Elite, Bass Master Open e Major League Fishing) in questo pool. Se ti piace la pesca del walleye, del luccio o della pan, è possibile anche qui.

Super easy check in process, the host was very understanding when we had a change of plans and allowed us to check in a night early. The house is very clean an comfortable. The view from the living room is incredible and watching the barges and trains pass was fantastic.We were there for the BASS National Championship and the boat parking was sufficient for our needs. You have to be able to turn around in a tight spot to make it work how it's all up on the hill but it's easy enough and plenty of plug-ins available. You can't turn north out of the driveway but here is a turnaround across the street that worked perfect.

Amazing experience!

The owner Paula was awesome! The house is comfortable, well taken care of, clean and has all the things you need. We stayed there for a bachelorette party and spent a lot of our time relaxing at the house playing games at the table and enjoying the beautiful view of the Mississippi River. Only a 20 minute drive from downtown LaCrosse. It was too hot for a campfire during our visit but we would have utilized the covered fire pit if we could have! Very reasonably priced and great place. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Our favorite things about this property are the VIEW through the huge windows, and all the comfy reclining seating! The shower was great; we had all the necessities required to make a few meals; it was so peaceful. We had no trouble with the entry code; and we REALLY appreciated the motion sensor lights on the garage, as we came back after dark one night. Thank you Augedahls!

Quiet, spacious, well maintained home with beautiful views of the Mississippi

This home was quiet, and clean. It had comfortable beds, three large TV’s, nice kitchen with many kitchen supplies, and large comfortable sectionals in the living room. The large A-frame window offered beautiful views of the Mississippi. The family’s love of deer hunting was evident in the home. Paula was quick to respond to our needs. I would highly recommend this VRBO.

Tony's graduation at UWLAX

Impressive, not just in stature or luxury but the overall experience with these hosts made our stay perfect. I just wish we'd discovered this place years ago. Our youngest Son graduated from UWLAX Saturday and moved back home so now we have no real need to visit the area but will keep it in our "keeper" file. Thanks again!

Amazing house and location!

We rented this home for family weekend at University of Wisconsin La Crosse and it was a great location! The home was very clean and beautiful! Paula was wonderful to work with and responded quickly to any questions! We will definitely stay here again!

Spacious with a great view

A friend and I had a long girl's weekend. This was an ideal location and home. We had way more room than we needed, but wanted to stay here for the view. The house was clean and very nice. The view was awesome. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Living room had plenty of seating. Paula was an excellent host. Very responsive and friendly…and she makes excellent cookies! 😋 Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Lovely stay at top property

Went to La Crosse for a bike race. This home has everything we needed including laundry for race clothes! Beautiful view of the Mississippi River! Property owner responded promptly to any questions. Would stay there again.

Beautiful home in a great location

We came for an event in LaCrosse - it was a quick and easy 20 minute drive - perfect! The home has everything you can think of - and very comfortable beds! The directions for getting in are really easy and Paula was super responsive and great to work with. I’d recommend staying here again - it’d be perfect for a girls trip The views of the river are stunning!!

Perfect Accomodations

We loved this space for our weekend! The house is super clean, very spacious, and had absolutely everything we needed. The host was so friendly and super responsive when I thanked her upon arrival. The pictures don’t do it justice, the view was lovely. I highly recommend!

Beautiful view and beautiful house

Very comfortable and clean! After a couple days of walking around, it was nice for each of us to have a chair to relax in, recline and lift our feet up! From the living room, we also saw several of the large Mississippi Riverboats go by all lit up.

Perfect lication with a fantastic view !

Auggie's home is absolutely beautiful! We love the area so much we brought our parents and other family with us on our anniversary trip. The home was very spacious and decor is comfortable and relaxing. We brought fishing boats with us and there was plenty of room to maneuver and park. We also booked a fishing charter and the boat launch is only a mile away. We will definitely be back again. Our family thanks you!

$1,000,000 Views

This home is SO nice, has an amazing view, and you couldn’t ask for better property owners. We stayed at Auggie’s for a week during the MLF High School Bass Fishing Nationals and couldn’t ask for more. Paula and her husband are the nicest people and even joined us for supper a few evenings and enjoyed some southern cooking. If we make this 18 hour trip again we will definitely choose their home. Super clean, comfy beds, and every amenity one may need! We couldn’t have been more pleased!

LaCross Trip

The house itself was just stunning and very spacious. It was a very comfortable stay. Road noise was a bit of a problem as we are very sensitive to that. We could not find an access to the river which we would have enjoyed. We did like the access to other towns we wanted to visit.
