Hotel a Brownsville

“Wasn't to my standards of cleanliness. Found food stains on the headboard that could have been cleaned before making the bed. The floors were made of something like a shelfing paper. The breakfast was ok. Cereal, waffles, juice . Noticed a guy working on his car like he was in a bay at a service station but outside the motel. I would not stay there in the future. ”

“Front desk staff greeted me with a smile. The motel and room has a stale odor. The carpet was soiled and worn. The bathroom was tub area and shower curtain was soiled. I requested staff clean the tub and replace shower curtain. Jess with housekeeping was friendly and accommodating. The Internet nor phone was in operation on the room. Something in the room's atmosphere immediately gave me a sore throat and pain in the side of my jaw. I think it was connected to the air conditioner, which was...

“We had a very clean room. The staff at breakfast was very friendly and the food was really good.”

“Decent economy motel. Clean, less than usual breakfast of cereal and lukewarm coffee. Room decent and reasonably quiet.”

“Yhe room was spacious and clean. It met our need for a comfortable night sleep before we moved on down the road. The beds were comfortable too which was a bonus.”

“This place is FOUL! They woke us up at 8 am by installing support beams right outside our window!! That makes sense as to why the guy told me they don’t rent out the upstairs. Probably unsafe! It stinks so bad, Im so glad we had febreeze! I didn’t even want to touch the tv remote so I used a wet wipe. It’s gross!!! Hands down do NOT recommend!”

“This hotel may have been a little dated but all other things were great. The staff was so helpful and friendly. All rooms had king beds even 2 king beds in our room. The mattresses and pillows were so comfy. The price was so reasonable. When we travel to the Columbus in the future we will stay here again.”

“Key wouldn’t work for the room so they just used the master key since computer didn’t work?”

“The front desk employee was very nice and helpful. Didn’t use the amenities so I don’t have an option on it. The toilet moved when you sat on it and the tub didn’t drain properly. the air vent in the bathroom was super dusty one of the sheets had a stain on it but that was changed out very swiftly.”

“I hate to ever leave a negative review, especially when the woman running the place alone was so kind. We didn’t even stay the whole night, left at 3 am. It was visibly dirty. The room was horrible, wallpaper falling off, carpet as old as time. The bathtub and faucets leaked. It bothered my asthma and we had to leave. I am only writing this to help someone else, not to complain.”

“The Granville Inn is the perfect place to stay in town. The location is excellent and an easy walk to everything. The rooms are clean and charming and the onsite restaurant is delicious.”

“Without our knowledge they switched our reservation from 2 queen beds to one king bed in the room right next to the kitchen with all early morning noise and smell of food.”

“Great night away from home. Kids loved the pool. I love the pool is Salt Water instead of Chlorine. ”
