The charming villa was built in 1818 and lovingly renovated in 2011 and 2023. This beautiful holiday home offers a luxurious ambiance on a spacious estate. The modern interior is designed in a traditional style. Here, you can also prepare local specialties on the barbecue and then enjoy them together at the large dining table. The villa offers a truly unique, fascinating experience, not far from the sea. Situated on a fully fenced plot in a quiet area, with an extra-large 12m x 4.2m pool, it offers the perfect and relaxing holiday for 8+2 people. The interior, spread over three floors, is decorated with passion and love, with many details. The ground floor is dominated by a large living room connected to a functional and fully equipped kitchen. The living space is connected to the kitchen via a large sliding door, which opens onto a terrace overlooking the pool. A separate toilet completes the ground floor. The internal staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with a relaxation room stocked with books. The stairs lead further up to the second floor, where there are three more bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Sleeping: 8 people in the four bedrooms, with the 9th and 10th guests sleeping on the two sofa beds. The house has three bathrooms, the fourth is located in the gazebo by the pool.
