“The staff that greeted us at the front desk were very helpful and kind. We loved the room. It was close to the airport. Location was good but we didn’t really see any places to go around the hotel. We stayed for one night only but we’re satistifed with their service and we enjoyed it. Thank You! ”

Molto accoglienti e dal design moderno e curato, gli appartamenti. Stupenda la Lounge Hall e la Piscina all'ultimo piano. Panorama eccezionale su tutti e quattro i lati. Si possono vedere gli stipendi Wynwood Walls! Comodo parcheggio interno, sotterraneo (forse un po' misleading le due tariffazioni presenti...conviene se si deve lasciare l'auto...

C è una bella cucina, lavatrice, asciugatrice, un bel terrazzo, una bella vista. Ma soprattutto pulito, tutto profumato.. se dovessi tornare a Miami, lo sceglierei di nuovo. Super consigliato. ”

"Uno dei migliori hotel del centro di Miami, ottima posizione sul mare, difronte a Bayfront Park e vicinissimo a ristoranti e negozi. Tutto il personale è molto efficiente e disponibile, il check in è veloce ed abbiamo goduto di un upgrade gratuito. Le camere ampie, completamente rinnovate, la nostra con vista mare, letti molto comodi, bagno grande e dotato di tutti i comfort. La hall e tutte le aree comuni sono belle ed eleganti, molto luminose e spaziose. Ottimo il ristorante Toro Toro. "
"A beautiful property in an excellent location, but poorly managed. There’s zero customer care, with inexperienced staff and a management team disinterested in problem-solving — treating guests as if they were staying for free. The restaurant staff, however, are outstanding.
Key issues included my room key deactivating an hour after check-in. The receptionist made me wait in line behind six other guests before addressing it, and only after a manager intervened was I asked for ID — which was locked in my room. I had to retrieve a copy of my passport from my phone to get a new key.
We moved chairs in the lobby to accommodate our group of six, only to be told at departure to return them. One day, three of our rooms were not cleaned, and the response when I called was shockingly indifferent.
The lack of professionalism and staff training was evident. The cold, unsmiling checkout experience summed it up. Despite reporting issues through Expedia, no one from management reached out to apologize.
It’s a shame, as the potential is there, but the guest experience is seriously lacking with one star services."

"Bellissimo hotel per il soggiorno a Miami. Da qui si raggiunge comodamente in macchina sia Miami Beach che la zona Downtown Miami, ma soprattutto l'aeroporto e la sede per il noleggio auto. Personale sempre cordiale, servizi ottimi e tutti i comfort tra palestra, colazione mattutina, lavanderia aperta 24 ore su 24 (con tanto di ferro da stiro in camera), Wi-Fi e massima disponibilità. Dovessi tornare a Miami un giorno, probabilmente farei ritorno qui. Consigliatissimo."
