“Not only are the rooms consistently moldy, which will affect anyone’s help, especially if you have asthma… You may find the bathrooms, barely cleaned or mold and mildew around the tub and then if you need help, then you need to move to a different room you’ll be treated badly by people like RUBY and I even lost a full night stay after the night guy said I could move to a clean room and then Ruby said I could move and then she freaked out on me when I came back to move and was verbal and attacked...

“There was a lack of adhesives in the bathtub in our room and I fell.”

“We arrived at 1045pm and checked in. However, when we asked for a luggage cart - the front desk said - we only have two and they are being used. We went upstairs with a few items and then waited and went back down stairs 20 minutes later and asked again and were told they had not been returned yet. We asked do you know who took them? Was it someone you just checked in? The front desk clerk had no clue. We are two handicapped people and could not haul all of our into the hotel. The front desk...
