"Dinner was not up to rushed standard got wagyu steak and was not cooked evenly and was extremely chewy and left most of it on plate and staff just looked at it and took it away did not even ask why we didn’t eat it"

"We were very impressed with the hotel for the price. We stayed there a couple of years ago when it was very run down. New owners have completely renovated all the rooms and have done a great job. "Easy access to room. Room was comfortable and clean and well equipped for the price! Good location. Wifi was unable due to issues- would of been nice to be told instead of wasting time emailing and continuing to try- otherwise all good!"
