“I had a "accessible" room - I did not need it but it was just less expensive. But I was on the 3rd floor. Do you really want to put someone who has mobility issues on the 3rd floor? If there was a fire, not sure how they would get out. Also know that the accessible rooms have the bathroom sink outside of the bathroom in the bedroom. Not great. “When I walked in there were two Front desk employees. They both just stared at me. It was uncomfortable. I introduced myself and told them I had a reservation. The guy begin to help me. The girl said goodbye to the guy and left. Not an enjoy your stay or anything. The check in went okay after that. However took a while.
