“Single room for 1 night, a bit cosy but the price was unbeatable. Quiet, clean, comfy bed, good shower amenities, easy parking, polite staff, good wifi. Only improvement I can suggest is to put a darker curtain as quite a bit of light goes through during summer.”

“Had booked a single room but on arrival found out I had been upgraded to a double. Happy days. All staff I encountered, especially the breakfast employees, were so helpful, kind thoughtful and friendly. Room was plenty big enough even with my dogs bed. Shower was efficient and so the hotel was quiet at night. Only gripe - tea bags were not what I’m used to and not great. Otherwise ideal stay. Great vfm too. ”

“I stayed along with 3 friends for 4 nights and we all thought the hotel was beautiful from the outside and its setting right next to the river is fantastic. Parts of the hotel are a little tired and the unmodernised bedrooms need a facelift although theyre perfectly comfortable. Breakfast is good but the addition of fruit and yoghurts would give more variety for those who dont want the cooked option. “It's the people (for me) that make a place. Don't get me wrong, the location, and Caistor Hall itself are both great, but the service we received made this an exceptional experience. We felt right at home, it's posh but without airs & graces, perfect.
