Room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast plentiful and tasty and every-one working here extremely friendly and polite. “L'hotel si trova in un posto magico e fuori dal tempo. Camera grande e ben curata con vasca e doccia! Spa e piscina panoramica bellissime, una vera chicca. Colazione super ricca davanti ad un panorama incredibile. Consigliatissimo per staccare da tutto e tutti. Personale cordialissimo. In estate la strada per raggiungere Melchsee è soggetta a delle restrizioni di orario, essendo molto stretta si sale nelle ore pari e si scende in quelle dispari. ”

“La camera è spaziosa con angolo divanetto e 2 poltroncine. Con vasca; io personalmente, preferisco la doccia. Il bagno è separato dalla camera con parete di vetro, non c'è molta privacy. Abbiamo cenato in hotel, ottima trota”

“Due to a flight delay, we arrived at the hotel later than planned, but the staff were very flexible and accommodating, which we truly appreciated. At the restaurant, we enjoyed beautifully presented dishes and excellent drinks. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised to find Japanese sake served in Switzerland. It’s a shame that we were dealing with jet lag during our stay — we would love to come back again and spend more time here.”

“The room was large and had convenient places to open and store your luggage. The owners and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful with the recreation and trains. They even sent our luggage to our next hotel in another town! The food was delicious and the breakfast/service was wonderful. This is one of the best hotels in our 3 week trip!”

“We love staying here, everything is so lovely and clean. The mountain view from the room was outstanding. The breakfast was fantastic, we really enjoyed it. We visited the Umami restaurant located inside the hotel, and the food was terrific. The bus station is located in front of the hotel, making it very convenient. If you prefer, walking to restaurants and stores takes around 20 minutes. You will enjoy the view”
