“The toilet was not clean. There was hair and feces on the underside of the seat. Towel hangers for the shower were falling out of the wall. The main door was very hard to shut and had to be slammed to close. It was partially open when we arrived. Creepy. EV charger was blocked most of the day. I appreciate they had one but the cost was a bit high per kWh. Otherwise cool place. Would stay again.”

“We had 3 rooms
1. Floors had not been cleaned in bathroom - contact on floor, main area - clumps of mud on floor
2. Alcohol bottles under the bed
3. Asked for room to be cleaned since we were there 4 nights- did not happen, the comforter was a mattress protector - didn’t get a comforter until last night and was not put on bed just given to us, the thermostat did not work and maintenance was not available on Monday”

“The property wasnt very clean, they are doing renovations at the property,regardless if it is open for business then it should be clean. I had to go to the front desk to get linens for the bed as it was not made. There was no cover on the bathroom exhaust fan & paint on ths bathroom fixtures. The were no towels or a bath mat for the jetted tub. The staff was polite but not very knowledgeable on the property. Maybe once the renovation is completed it wull be different. ”

“I chose the property because I needed a cheap place to stay before my flight. This wasn’t worth half the rate. Basic cleanliness and safety amenities are lacking. The shower curtains and refrigerator had visible mildew. The bedspreads have cigarette burn marks. Door latch had been wrenched from its bracket and was hanging loosely from its hinges. Trash had been left in the closet. The entire building smells of cigarette smoke and mold. I am not a picky traveler - I regularly stay in budget...
