Courteous and Professional Staff provided excellent customer services. The bed was comfortable, room was maintained, but the handle on tub needed attention, and there were two missing bulbs in the room for the duration on nightstand lamps. Moreover, my concern rests with the condition of elevator at facility, (i.e., slow and the inspection date of 2022). Nevertheless, I'm recommending the America's Best Value Inn and Suites to guests contemplating a visit or visits there. Thank you for the opportunity to complete this review.

Courteous and Professional staff. Regarding the elevator, I noticed the inspection is due on this very important equipment, according to the sticker, it was checked in 2022. Rooms were cleaned when I returned from work. My client, who was required to travel for a meeting, was pleased with their room. We were given 2 towels, 1hand towel, 1 washcloth for our 3 night stay. Our shower and sink were clogged with hair. We bought a small drain tool and cleared the clogs ourselves. The floor was dirty in our room as well as in the lobby and elevator. No tv guide in the room so we had to look up the Directv guide on our phones. And lastly, we only had 1 lamp because the others had blown bulbs.

Sports Families-This is a hard no. Beds are rock hard! My child could not rest on this hard bed. Some rooms allow smoking, which ends up impacting everyone. Rooms need updated bathroom badly.

I didn’t like anything about this property. The room was disgusting. There were holes in the sheets, dirt on the walls, stains on the sheets, and the bathroom was horrible there weren’t enough towels for the amount of guest that were assigned to the room. I was not able to get a refund because we went and had dinner after we checked in and didn’t see the room until after dinner and it was more than 30 minutes after we checked in. DO NOT STAY HERE!

We reserved a room for 5 people but they only had 2 queen beds which means they gave us a room for 4. And when we asked the receptionist about it, she said that the room can fit 5 if there’s one child. But we showed her proof of our booking which was for 5 adults. Usually that means that the room should include a sofa bed or an extra mattress or anything which they didn’t have. She raised her voice at us telling us that it sais that there is only 2 queen beds and that we were the ones at fault. They ended up giving us two extra covers to put on the floor. The hallways also had an unpleasant smell. Overall bad service. Wouldn’t recommend

After checking in upon entering the room we were met with roaches we asked for non smoking which our comforters were covered in burn holes the bathroom ceiling fan was hanging we proceeded to try to turn the tv on which didn’t work we called the front desk to be moved to a different room which we were as we got to the new room and swiped the key we noticed a do not disturb sign went back to the front desk and was told he’d move us to the next room over which he did although it was free of burn holes and at least the tv worked it too was infested with roaches and had the same issue with the bathroom ceiling also a dirt ring around the tub the vending machines are old and took our money although upon returning to the desk for the 4/5th time they were able to use a key and give us our snacks there was also no breakfast just 3 small blueberry muffins oj or coffee save your money book somewhere else

It had plenty of parking spaces. The drink machine didnt work. No iron or ironing board available. Room needs a detail cleaning. Didnt have a closet with a door. Microwave and refrigerator were old. Refrigerator had ice build up. I wont stay here again. Manager on duty not friendly and had to ring a bell to get him. Poor customer service.

The people at the front is so disrespectful. I had to move room three times. Each time it was something going on with the room. Than the hallway smelled like feces and urine. On top of that nobody knows. Who the manger is nor owner. Like I wouldn't tell my enemies to stay here. I really don't understand how they pass to have a hotel..

Put us in a room with a newly renovated bathroom. Next day we were asked to move rooms because they said the bathroom was leaking. Did not want to have to switch rooms. We have stayed there often and each time we check into a room there is always something broken. Once it was refrigerator because it was not plugged in back behind the console. Few times it was the TV. Once it was due to entire cord missing. AC in some rooms don’t work well. We always cleaned the AC filters. Last stay AC filter coated in inches of dirt. Was no wonder AC would not cool. They should be ashamed of themselves to let buildup like this happen! My boyfriend took a photo and the owner didn’t want to look at it! One room had thousands of roaches. We have since found another place to stay when in area. Beware!!!!

The air continued to cut off but customer service was great! They were working on hotel so tried taking a nap which was impossible.

We got in the room and there are no towels, washcloths, soap or shampoo. I lay back on the bed and start seeing movement its roaches so i walk into the bathroom to get tissue to kill it and they are all over the bathroom. I call the front desk and no one answers so i go sit on the bed to give it a few minutes and there are roaches on and in the bed. I pack my things and go down stairs where the employee is sitting outside, i told her we are leaving and id like to discuss refund due to the nature of the issue. She stated she just works there and cant do anything but let the manager know and have him call me. I verified the number she has for me and left. I still have not received that phone call or refund

Not clean
Non smoking room and hallway smelled bad of cigarettes. Mold on the ceiling in our room,someone else’s hair all bathroom so did not take a shower! Someone else’s hair even on floor in room sticking to my socks,stains on comforter, breakfast was muffins UNWRAPPED! No COVID precautions at all. Brown liquid had been spilled an was dried running down the wall. If I was able I would have left. Unacceptable need to be reported to health department which I can do.

Booked on hotels.com and the site said $10 for pets but once we arrived at the hotel they charge $15 and would not honor it and sorry but it adds up with 3 pets. The room it’s self was no clean as seen in pictures and they also had roaches. The floors were dirty. Found stuff in the room from previous guest so shows how well they clean. And the bathroom was just not good. We got in late and was passing through so we did stay but wouldn’t stay again. Could hear everyone all night. We got up and left as soon as daylights hit.

Check in wasn’t as pleasant as my last stay here two weeks ago. I reserved non-smoking room as usual land they wanted to charge me a $50 deposit and the said if I smoke in the room they will charge me. Why would. Smoke in my room if I asked for a non-smoking room? If I was a smoker I would had gotten a smoking room.
