outdated...mismatched furniture...rugs worn ...needs a paint job ...no top sheet on the bed ...kitchen cabinets hand painted...bathroom fixtures worn out... owner should come and spend the night to see the conditions ....considering the conditions of the unit I rate it as a very poor value.

Cozy and family oriented

We had a lovely weekend exploring the island and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Cozy place with a lovely patio and comfy beds. It had everything we needed and a short 3 block walk to the beach. Management was helpful and great communication. Cant wait to come back!

Attended a wedding

We found the property conveint to all our activities. Beds were very comfortable and appliances adequate. TV was somewhat hard to operate There were some minor things which should get some attention.

Old Smelly Barn In A Nice Neighborhood

The house smelled like an old, musky barn. Once we sprayed everywhere, put down carpet powder, placed the smelly blankets and pillows in a closet, and cleaned the dirty bath tub, it was tolerable. We also sprayed the ants in the yard. I did like the floor tiles and ceiling fans.

Jekyll Home Away from Home

I love the location and the layout of this property with the private patio, close to the beach and quiet location. The rooms are very nice and it is well equipped, but it is in serious need of updates in the bathroom and kitchen.

After Christmas getawsy

Great property. Convenient location and loved the bike trails. The all ceramic tile flooring was a plus. Couch needs updating as it is not comfortable but is very clean , It is a bargain at the price.

The house was a great size for myself and my twins. The only real disappointment was that the sliding door had NO lock just a piece of wood the prevent opening it. As a woman alone with 2 children this was a little worrisome. We enjoyed our stay on the island and also loved our welcome back from the office!

Nice house with great patio. Comfortable beds and deer in the yard. Perfect for 4 although could add a 5th. 3 blocks to beach. Great getaway!

Six-night vacation

Property is clean. Nice and quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes walk to beach. WiFi information is wrong inside the property. we did not have WiFi for first two days (Saturday and Sunday) because no one responded our request for WiFi info. No cable TV. Sofa sleeper is very uncomfortable.
