Benvenuti al 148 King & Prince, Questa struttura recentemente rinnovata si trova nell'affascinante e storico King and Prince Resort nelle Ville del Sud e offre l'accesso a un pacchetto di servizi completo che include l'accesso alla piscina principale fronte oceano, ai campi da tennis, centro fitness, centro business e spa. Questo condominio con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni è situato al primo piano dell'edificio King and Prince Resort South Villas, di fronte all'Oceano Atlantico e a St. Spiaggia di Simons. Goditi le viste mozzafiato sull'oceano dal soggiorno, dalla cucina e dalla camera da letto principale. Offre nuovi arredi, lenzuola di alta qualità e nuovi televisori in ogni stanza. Cucina ristrutturata con gusto con ripiani in granito e nuovi elettrodomestici, bagni completamente rinnovati con piastrelle personalizzate, nuovi mobili e infissi. Il bagno principale offre cabina doccia, doppio lavabo e armadio di grandi dimensioni. Entrambe le camere sono state rinnovate con nuovi pavimenti in travertino che offrono una finitura pulita e fresca. La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto king size, la camera degli ospiti ha 2 letti singoli e il soggiorno ha un letto Murphy queen size perfetto per 2 adulti. La cosa migliore di questa posizione al primo piano non è quella di dover salire e scendere le scale o gli ascensori quando si va da e verso la spiaggia e le piscine: basta fare un passo per mettere la porta del patio e andare direttamente in spiaggia!

We had high hopes for this condo based on the previous reviews and great location. The location is perfect on the ground level. You can walk right out on to the beach or over to the King and Prince pool. The condo is showing some age and needs a deep, thorough cleaning. There is obvious water damage to the living room and master room that has not been addressed. The master shower is covered in mold to a point that it cannot even be cleaned. All the mattresses are covered with a very thick memory foam type pad which make them very squishy (I get this is a preference, but the pads slide around and felt like you were sinking into them. It just felt gross). There is lots of dust and spider webs in corners. We killed multiple bugs during our stay (more than would be normal in a humid environment). The kitchen is stocked but very disorganized. The appliances were the nicest thing in the condo. The living room furniture is not very comfortable. Seems like something from a waiting room. It did at least seems cleaner, because of the leather material, compared to the rest of the condo. The entire places smells old and dirty. Our clothing smells after returning home. Every corner or under every surface is covered in dust, hair, food, etc. It seems it hasn't been cleaned, other than a surface wipe down, in a long time. Thankfully, our family rented another condo in the same building so we stayed there most of the week. For the cost, there are very nice and clean condos in this building.

Great Beach Vacation

The property was great, and perfect access to the beach. We just wanted a quiet weekend on the beach, and that is exactly what we got. The condo is great, the beds were comfy, and the location is perfect. There is great access to the beach. Restaurants are within walking (or biking) distance, and really, it is all you need. I will most definitely be coming back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The layout was perfect and it was just enough room for our family of four. The beds were cozy and the location was spot on! Steps away from the beach and the resort pools! We will be staying here again!

All That And More!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the King & Prince. Our unit was clean and comfortable. No issues at all, and we are already discussing coming back for longer next year. We were within 20 yards of the beach and main pool. Also happy that we had a designated parking spot. Very helpful. Would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect sun and beach getaway

This place was just perfect. Great set-up in the villa, perfect location with access to all of the King and Prince amenities. We rented bikes and never used our car for the entire stay. Highly recommend this place!

Great closeup view of the ocean. Spectacular sunsets. Loved the access to the beach for the little ones.Kitchen was well stocked with a variety of cooking essentials and then sum.Wonderful vacation was had by all.

Wonderful Spring Getaway

What a great condo with a fabulous view, so close to the beach and easy access to the King and Prince. We had a great week here! Love the location and everything about the condo. It was very clean and well stocked and we had grant communication with the rental agency. Can’t wait to come back!!

We enjoyed our semi-annual visit to St Simons! Great weather with visits to shops in the village and our favorite eating places. Already planning a return trip in the early spring.
