Good but could be great

Great house and location, layout, spacious. Some updating with new clean grout mainly in bathrooms and cleaning dead bugs out of the old light fixtures. Old dirty rugs. A lot of outdoor furniture inside but only one chair outside.

Nice just some suggestions

Enjoyed the stay. It was advertised as having bbq area, the gas grill had no tank and the charcoal grill was extremely dirty and had to be cleaned.

Amazing house!

We were absolutely blown away by this house, for just the two of us it was way more then enough space at a great price! The sun room is my favorite spot and when we wernt out and about that's where we spend most of our time at the house. It was such a short walk to the beach I was able to go out on runs on the beach in the mornings and watch the sunrise! We absolutely loved our stay and will be back with friends or family next time!

Weekend to enjoy Christmas lights

This is an older home but well kept. We enjoyed the "hominess" and the Jekyll room was THE BEST. The neighborhood feels very safe and we enjoyed the feel of nature in the back yard. The beds could use some updating and fixing the light in the yard would make finding the house at night much easier. We all enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay again.

Good house!

Our large group of family and friends rented two houses for the week. The larger house on the beach for children and grandchildren. Six adults stayed in Hollybourne and enjoyed the peace and quiet, a good kitchen, sunny Jekyll room, and we even saw deer crossing the backyard. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. My only complaint is that the king size mattress needs to be replaced as we rolled to the middle.

Great Location

The property was a great location a five minute walk from the beach and about 1.5 miles to Driftwood Beach. Very quiet. We loved the Jekyll room and there was plenty of space for the four of us. In fact there were three large areas. The Jekyll room, the Den with the TV and a living room. We'd definitely stay again!

Loved our stay!

The house was just as described, and a little better! It's a perfect location across the street from the beach. An easy 3 minute walk on the less populated end of the island - which we enjoyed the space on the beach during a pandemic. The furnishings are somewhat outdated, as described, but still nice and most definitely not an issue! We had one small hiccup with a grill that was quickly resolved, and the property managers were extremely nice and attentive. We had a wonderful and relaxing time and would definitely stay again!
