We provide fast wifi, free parking, super comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, and most importantly privacy, we'll fence the backyard 2022 spring, you can let your dogs run free, enjoy lots sunshine inside &out, wish everyone have a great time in this beautiful home:D

    We offer $50 butler service to open the door if you locked yourself out till 8pm, $100 from 8pm to 11pm, after that, 24h locksmith may come sooner.

The smell of the property was quite unpleasant. It had a urine smell. Large black ants alive and dead were in the living area and kitchen. The air unit in the bedroom was extremely loud. The dishwasher was extremely loud also. We opted the leave after one night.

Late Christmas in Brunswick

We rented this property to have a late Christmas with our family. What a wonderful place. The host was very responsive and the house was perfect for our get away.

Thanksgiving 2022

We had a great stay in Brunswick. We were at the property with our 2 children in their early 20's and their significant others. We were very comfortable and everyone commented on the comfortable beds. The location was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great host communication, arrival and access were easy, house was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again and recommend to fellow Bowdoin families. House is in a great family neighborhood- enjoyed seeing how creative neighbors were with Halloween- would be a great place for kids! Close to town, Bowdoin and so much midcoast has to offer and explore! Thank you!

Great location - neighborhood had lots of great, paved walking trails and it was close to downtown Brunswick. The beds were very comfortable and appreciated the pet-friendly home and fenced in yard. The back yard however, needed serious cleaning up of dog poop from previous renters. There was A LOT and we spent the first hour cleaning up the mess. This should always be checked prior to rentals. Otherwise, a fine experience.

Convenient!

Great location for our needs. Kitchen is a bit sparse for meal prep but there are lots of options in the local area that made it a non-issue. Bathroom could use some towel hooks or bars. All in all - a nice place for our family.

Great family stay

House what just what we needed, close to town and comfortable. Beds were great, didn’t realize there were stairs which weren’t great for my 2 year old but we made it through with no injury lol. Wish the kitchen had more cooking utensils but we made do.

Perfect Space

My husband and I were traveling through the area and found this home with just the right amount of space for the 2 of us and our 3 daughters. The home had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The communication with the owner was wonderful and quick. We enjoyed going into Bath to walk around the town and grab dinner. Everything around was very quaint.

Comfy home near town

I needed a place to stay for a few days with my dogs while having work done at my home, and am so glad I discovered this comfortable home. Communication with Spencer was clear and easy. The home was clean (driveway plowed and sidewalk cleared after a morning snow) and welcoming. I so appreciated the fenced-in backyard! We will certainly be bookmarking this property for friends and relatives when they visit!

House was very clean. The king beds were very comfortable (I never tried the twin beds). We had two minor issues/questions while there - communication with owner was easy and we had quick responses. There were plenty of bath towels. Only minor complaint is I wish we had extra hand and kitchen towels, for when one was in the wash. Dishwasher detergent was provided but not laundry detergent. House is in a quiet family neighborhood, nice location.

Perfect location for bustling downtown Brunswick

This house within a safe and nice walk into downtown Brunswick, was just what we were looking for. Quiet good-walking neighborhood, includes a garage, large back yard, plenty of sleeping accommodations, and a nice TV (Roku), if you have streaming services. Wood floors throughout and a large dining room table with plenty of windows. Although the kitchen is small, we did a lot of cooking. The hosts were responsive and nice.

Comfie House in Peaceful Family Neighborhood

Spencer is a responsive, gracious and accommodating host. For example, he turned on the air conditioning right before our arrival so it would be comfortable. The home is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood with a pretty park nearby, making it amenable to walks. It’s within easy driving distance of local shops, restaurants and sights. The beds were quite comfortable and it had all the features we needed to make our stay pleasant, including laundry and kitchen tools and appliances. One suggestion to consider would be to stock some starter coffee, tea and laundry soap for guests. Great for families!

Disappointing

We got to the property only to discover the people from the previous reservation were still in the house. I contacted host who admitted she had made the mistake while booking. The only thing they offered was to refund my money for one night and give us an early check in the next day at 12 pm, the exact same time my daughter was getting married. Oh and I forgot to mention we were traveling with a dog. When I mentioned I would take legal action the husband threatened to cancel our entire stay. Simply put, he had me. I had to play nice in order to have a place to stay for the wedding. VRBO offered nothing other than to tell me about one hotel that was dog friendly. Never again.

Honest feedback

The property served us well but a larger party may struggle with the bathroom as it is small with little space to set out each persons wash bag contents. We were lucky in that we could use the third bedroom to hang and dry towels. Dishwasher , washing machine and tumble dryer all worked well as did the air conditioning when required. The provision of wine glasses would be a simple improvement. We enjoyed our stay but are unlikely to return to Maine or indeed the USA. Anno domini.
