Top-Floor 2 story Apartment with Breathtaking Salt Marsh Views

Welcome to your serene marshview escape in Brunswick, Georgia! This two story apartment occupies the top two floors of our three story home and offers stunning panoramic views of the salt marsh, giving you that peaceful, mini resort- like experience.

The main living area is on the second floor with its own private entrance. It features a open concept layout with a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a powder room. The spacious sunroom is a guest favorite, with a secondary sitting area, cozy office nook, exercise bike and a game table for board games or just soaking in the view with your morning coffee.

Upstairs, you'll find the private master suite complete with walk in closet, en suite bathroom, and breathe taking marsh views overlooking St Simons Island and a portion of Jekyll Island.

Guest are welcome to use the shared pool in the warmer season. Please inquire if it is available during your stay after August and before April. Tidal creek on property. We are conveniently located off the main road, making it easy to get to the Islands. While you may hear road noise from time to time, our lush landscape with trees and natural greenery provide a wonderful buffer and a abundance of privacy.

As part of a Salt Marsh ecosystem, you'll likely see plenty of wildlife and bugs! We stay on top of pest control maintenance but bugs or an occasional lizard or crab will make it in if doors or windows are left open. Guest have one designated parking spot available by main entrance. Max two additional guest 21 or older allowed during visiting hours. We are flexible but just communicate with us!
