“What an unexpected surprise. We were going to see Lionel Richie at Little Caesars arena and wanted to stay overnight to enjoy the evening. The hotel is a short walk to the arena. The rooms were large, clean and had everything we needed. Parking in the parking lot is also available for a fee. Definitely a great place to stay.”

“The kitchen garbage disposal did not work, my power was out at my home so I decided to get a room and I bought $200 worth of groceries and wasn’t able to utilize the sink, I reported right away, I stayed for three days and no one ever came. Upon arrival some kids were left alone which cause a fire in the microwave so my first room was smoky and my clothes were smoky just from walking up the hall. They did move my room and then I had the sink issue. Overall the hotel is beautiful, No one ever...

“They did not have any where to leave your luggage if you arrive early. So you are stuck waiting around. Luckily i found a store nearby that holds your luggage for you. At check in time room was not ready due to an issues with the linens. So many people could not check in at 4. They have two elevators only one worked the entire time so there were long waits. The shower is extremely small you can barely turn around to wash your back. Do not recommend for long stays . Maybe just one night....

“I do not have any complaints about my stay here. It is easy to get in and out. Layout can be confusing at first but just lookout for signage. I like the aesthetic on the outside, it is unlike any other building in the area. I only stayed here for one night but the stay was very peaceful and comfortable. Overall for a simple short budget stay this place is fine”

“The staff was understandably understaffed but still managed to keep everyone content. I wasn’t able to check into my hotel on time while they ran behind cleaning rooms. “The Inn on Ferry is a quaint place located midtown Detroit. Excellent welcoming and service while we stayed. The building we stayed in (grey stone) is beginning to show some wear on the inside. Carpets would be a good thing to replace and fixtures (e.g reading light shades) need a little more modernizing. We would stay again without hesitation as it was quiet and still very clean.”
