“Beautiful hotel, amazing staff. Breakfast was a little pricey for what was offered, but it was delicious. The tram is nearby and comes every 15 minutes or so. Only complaint, and it has nothing to do with the hotel, but there is a sewer grate on the corner ans the smell can be overwhelming outside.”

“What a great stay we had at The Cochrane House! Our hosts were accommodating and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We stayed at the Cochrane House after attending a couple of sporting events in Detroit. It was so nice to come back to a place that was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast arrived at our door the following morning. Coffee just as we like it and homemade biscuits.

“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains.
