I took a tour throughout Europe, my stays in the other hotels were wonderful. When you book at the Mozart hotel, the images online are totslly different than when you arrive at the hotel. To begin with, the atmosphere feels heavy since the decoration of the hotel is super loaded with 20 thousand different objects, the service in the lobby is terrible, the rooms are horrible, the decoration is super old, dirty, everything looks patchy. The hotel includes breakfast, but you do not have the option to select what you are going to have for breakfast, since all the tables already have breakfast served (bread, cheese, juice and coffee). I was quite surprised since it is unhygienic to have all the food served without people. To finish my two-night stay, my companions woke up all swollen and bitten by bed bugs, there were bed bugs in the room and in the bathroom. Something that has never happened in all the time I have been traveling. At check out I asked to speak to the manager and they told me to call later, since the manager was sleeping. A totally unacceptable and unpleasant experience.
