The gentleman at the front desk was lovely.
However, the elevator was very far from my room. I had two pieces of luggage, am in my fifties, and have limited mobility. No one offered to assist.
I wouldn’t say cleanliness was my biggest complaint, but I found a used coffee cup with a used teabag under my bed. The rug had a few too many stains.
Dining room had an undesirable selection and was very pricey. I ended up using Uber Eats instead. That too had few options. Explaining my negative review on location. I ended up with Pizza Hut, which I would never have eaten at home. It is close to the airport and does provide free shuttle service to the airport, but pairing the fair quality of the facility, I hardly feel the shuttle was free, considering how much I paid.
The hotel is very large and easy to get lost in. I passed by a lot of young kids that seemed to be partying as they lingered outside room doors. Just not my kind of place. There was no protective/preventative latch lock. This made me uneasy.
One more thing, my television would not turn on. I would not recommend a stay here, only if it was an emergency or a last resort.
