“Abbiamo prenotato in questa struttura perchè mi ero innamorata dell’aspetto originale delle stanze e per via del negozio di saponi a piano terra. Purtroppo al nostro arrivo c’è stato un problema di overbooking e quindi la nostra stanza non era più disponibile. Sebastien si è subito mobilitato per trovare un alloggio che potesse essere simile al suo e ci ha accompagnati in auto risolvendo la situazione subito. “Gorgeous building and lovely, clean room. Stayed here with my wife and had an excellent time, we took the romantic suite. The room is really big and spacious, with a separate (equally as big) bathroom. The room was quiet and had everything we needed including a fridge! We checked in early, left the bags in the lounge and explored the city. Check in and out was really easy and there is a toilet just up the stairs if you need it in case you get to the hotel early and are dropping bags off. The...

“Buona sistemazione per chi arriva in auto da Sud (Charleroi) vicino ad un centro commerciale , per chi arriva dopo le 21:00 hanno la possibilità di SELF CHECK IN tramite codici inviati per mail, quindi appena ricevuta la conferma di prenotazione via mail si può chiamare e avvisare che si arriva dopo il loro orario di apertura ”

“Wunderschönes Hotel welches ich absolut empfehlen kann. Sehr schön gelegen und sehr ruhig. Die Gegend lädt zur Erholung ein. Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Glaube ich gehe nur noch dort hin sobald ich in Brüssel bin.”
